Thread: I don't understand the AG catalog mailing process

I have called and requested catalogs, I have checked the box online that says to go ahead and send catalogs automatically and I still do not get them. I order on a somewhat consistent basis, but they never come in the mail.

My friend has a 5 yr old daughter who has a bitty baby, but doesn't play with it. This friend has NEVER ordered from AG, yet she got the Jess catalog in the mail and just brought it to me.

It's like pulling teeth to get them to send me one and I am getting frustrated.

I only order online, too . . . what I was wondering was if the people not getting catalogs are very frequent shoppers who only shop online.

I mostly shop on line, and I get catalogs all of the time. In fact...there was a pause of several years between the time my DD collected, and I started collecting, and I never stopped getting catalogs!

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I would think that the problem may lie with your mail carriers. Some carriers do NOT like dealing with bulk mailed catalogs and the like. You may find that they are frequently "lost" or don't quite make it to your house. Now, it may be that some of you aren't having catalogs mailed to you - but it wouldn't surprise me if the mail carriers were at fault in a few of these instances!
